Quality Craftsmanship
SOLCASA delivers precision craftsmanship across ground-up construction, major renovations, and luxury additions. Every detail is intentionally designed and masterfully built to elevate lifestyle, maximize property value, and ensure long-term structural performance.
1. Pre-construction
& Design
Collaboratively, we perform our due diligence to define design, dimensions, material parameters, assess per-code feasibility, draft a detailed scope of work, and draw blueprints/renderings. Cost control, value planning, and engineering analysis tools create an accurate budget.
2. Design + Build Estimate
Upon owner approved plans, we finalize labor, materials, and finishes costs at current market pricing to provide a detailed construction estimate. Upon contract execution, plans are submitted to the City for approval and Permits are submitted.

3. On-Site Consultations
In a collaborative environment, we develop a plan for project success by merging insights and expertise across a database of projects and technology. Materials are ordered in time to meet the schedule. Superintendents provide weekly reports to ensure progress matches payment.
4. Installation of Finishes
Construction is near completion with installation of finishes including doors and windows, hardware, tile and flooring, countertops, paint, lighting, etc. Upon completion of a "final punch-list" and passing City final inspections, a certificate of occupancy is finalized.

As a third-generation upholstery craftsman, I began by building bespoke luxury furniture with my father for world-renowned designers such as Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Kelly Wearstler, and Waldo Fernandez. That early focus on finish, feel, and form shaped my approach to everything I build.
Elevated Through Scale
My craft expanded into large-scale construction, where I studied management and contributed to some of the nation's most complex builds. My portfolio spans residential and commercial work for organizations such as The Lucas Museum, Los Angeles International Airport, Intuit Dome, COSM, Los Angeles Community College District, Cedar Sinai, SoFi Stadium, Home Depot, Netflix Studios, Kaiser Permanente, Amazon and Rivian. These experiences sharpened my understanding of coordination, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and the disciplined execution required for multi-million dollar environments.
