1. Pre-construction
& Design

During pre-construction, we define the design intent, confirm dimensions, evaluate code feasibility, develop the scope of work, and prepare plans and renderings.

2. Design + Build Estimate

Once owner-approved plans are finalized, we confirm labor, material, and finish costs based on current market pricing and prepare a detailed construction estimate. After contract execution, plans and permit applications are submitted to the City.

3. Field Coordination

We coordinate field execution, procurement, scheduling, and reporting to keep the project moving on time and on budget.

4. Installation of Finishes

As construction nears completion, we install finish materials including doors, windows, hardware, tile, flooring, countertops, paint, and lighting. After final punch work and City inspections are completed, the project is prepared for turnover and occupancy.

As a third-generation upholstery craftsman, I began by building bespoke luxury furniture with my father for renowned interior designers such as Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Kelly Wearstler, and Waldo Fernandez. That early focus on finish, feel, and form shaped my approach to everything I build.

Elevated Through Scale

My craft expanded into large-scale construction, where I studied management and contributed to some of the nation's most complex builds. My portfolio spans residential and commercial work for organizations such as The Lucas Museum, Los Angeles International Airport, Intuit Dome, COSM, Los Angeles Community College District, Cedar Sinai, SoFi Stadium, Home Depot, Netflix Studios, Kaiser Permanente, Amazon and Rivian.

These experiences sharpened my understanding of coordination, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and the disciplined execution required for multi-million dollar construction environments.
